Love the book! The options of having every recipe in a bulking and cutting variant is perfect for learning the basics and build a simpe foundation to which you can branch off. I'm doing a clean bulk since 4 months and at first it was quite hard since I didn't know a whole lot of recipes which had enough nutritions so I kept eating alot of the same things everyday. Now all I have to do after my workday, look what nutritions I'm lacking and make whatever recipe I feel like making! Too many options is my luxury problem now haha

Cook book has many grate recipes for bulking and cutting. It's a grate pair with the full power workout plan. I enjoyed many recipes because it has a variety of foods not just simple shit like chicken, rice, and broccoli but delicious meals that you actually enjoy eating.

There are some great recipes here to take inspiration from. Recipe number slightly exaggerated by inclusion of similar recipes just with different protein sources (but I think you will find the same with most recipe books). I bought this after breaking my spine. I decided since all my lifting would be put on hold, I could get my body on track with regards to my food. This was an amazing purchase. It has a Bulk Recipe and a Cut Recipe. This has been vastly helpful and takes away from extra effort on my part in prep. Now for the relevant part of the review. The food. Honestly, this food is incredible to make for the macro and price cost. It’s very easy to make these recipes on a budget and be good to go. The food is delicious and doesn’t take too long to make in a busy schedule. 10/10 recommend spending the money on this, because it’s gonna go a lot further than spending the money on coffee at Starbucks or Pokémon cards at Target.

The cookbook changed radically my life. before i bought it i used to be a wimpy virgin who didn't attract any woman or man in my area and i had to ask my mum for dry ass chicken in order to get a protein intake once a week. I used to rely on other people for food and as a result i often felt weak and with little to no motivation to try and lift big steel weights while grunting and making heavily homoerotic faces. my life was basically hell. then, through a small one time payment, i laid my fingers on the cookbook for the first time. I've never been the same. Meal prep for school or work? There's plenty of burritos and pizzas for you to have a diet as diverse as complete as the ensamble of bad grades you get or used to get. Need a quick lunch? no worries choose between rice or pasta and unlock almost an infinite (exaggerated for dramatic effect) amount of potential midday meals. Wanna eat huge big hunk of meat that is not either full of fat or your favourite gymbro? Make yourself a nice steak or an hamburger. This cookbook made me loved, admired, envied but most importantly it made my calves grow. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.
