If I could describe this book in one word it would be, "Efficient", to begin with, the book has a table of properties, meaning you don't need to calculate carbs or protein, Damian did it for you. The recipes are delicious and quite nutritious.
Something that I realized when I read the recipe book is that the dishes are almost identical to what I normally cook.
The big difference is the order and the way in which Damian prepares them, since we cook with the same ingredients.
But the way in which they are prepared totally changes their flavor, even though the dishes in the recipe book are quite rich.
I totally recommend this recipe book.

Bought this after seeing Damo’s low cal chic fil a recipe (which was not included). It’s good, a lot of repetition in the recipes (just swapping out 1 meat for another and calling it a new recipe was what made this 4 stars for me). The baseline recipes are good though
