Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • The cutoff time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times:

  • We offer standard shipping for our physical product.
  • Transit time for standard shipping is 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. The following rates apply:

    • Standard: Orders 0kg–1kg: $4.99
    • Standard: Orders 1.01kg–2kg: $6.95
    • Standard: Orders 2.01kg–3kg: $7.75
    • Standard: Orders 3.01kg–4kg: $9.13
    • Standard: Orders 4.01kg–5kg: $10.51
    • Standard: Orders 5.01kg–6kg: $11.89
    • Standard: Orders 6.01kg-7kg: $13.27

  • We do not ship orders weighing over 7kg.

Digital Products (Downloadable):

  • Our downloadable products are delivered electronically in PDF format.
  • Upon successful purchase, you will receive an instant download link.
  • No shipping is required for digital products.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • Broken Product: If you receive a broken or damaged physical product, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. 
  • We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
