I’ve gotten amazing progress in just 2 weeks I’m so close to benching 185 when it used to be 165. Love it and I’m going to continue doing it.
Just started using the program I hope it turns out well but I believe in the Damo
Great program! My bench max increased from 205 to 225 through the duration of the program, money well spent!
I started off with 315 making my way to the road 405 I’m on week 6 of the program and I can’t touch my elbows together anymore with this big ol gorilla chest I have now !
The program is legit. The progressions have given me more gains that I've experienced with almost every other routine. It is A LOT of benching, but the results 4 weeks in are already worth it. I hit my previous max just through where my comfort level was with the RPEs and it felt extremely light/easy. I won't get to 405 because of where I started this round, but I see 315 coming . Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
Never had a set routine for training before and this is something I've needed for an age. Absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone.
I'm slowly getting stronger I'm currently on block 2 week 1 and got done with day 2 my legs are dead but over all this is the first program I've followed and I love it if you want to write back to me here's my IG @its_aaron____
I'm two weeks in now, and have to say, it's a great programme so far. I'm after a small break from the gym from the Christmas period, so a slower, lighter start is a really good sort of reset. The side notes are very helpful. My bench technique has gotten much better. I'm able to push myself more. Overall great workout plan. Also, holy balls Damo, that leg day(day 2) is brutal, absolutely insane. I love it.
First 2 weeks of the program and my bench went from 90 to 105kg
